Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos for quick assistance.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
